Welcome to Stickersexpert.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting your artwork or making payment.

1. General

Stickersexpert.com is a custom printing service provider. All products are made to order according to customer specifications. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they understand and accept these terms.

2. Custom Orders & Artwork Responsibility

All stickers are custom printed based on artwork, size, color, and specifications provided by the customer.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

Correct spelling, design, colors, sizes, and content.

Proper resolution and print-ready files.

Stickersexpert.com is not responsible for errors in artwork approved by the customer.

3. Proof Approval Policy

Digital proof will be provided before production (if applicable).

Once the customer approves the proof, the order is considered final.

No changes, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted after proof approval.

4. Color Variation Disclaimer

Slight color variations may occur due to:

Screen vs. print differences

Printing method

Material type (vinyl, clear, holographic, metallic, etc.)

Such variations are normal and not considered defects.

5. Material & Finish Variations

Minor differences in material thickness, texture, gloss/matte level, and finish may occur.

These are industry-standard tolerances and not considered faults.

6. Quantity Tolerance

A variation of ±5% in quantity may occur due to production process.

This is standard in printing industry and acceptable.

7. Turnaround Time

Production time starts after proof approval and payment confirmation.

Turnaround time is an estimate and may vary due to:

Order complexity

Material availability

Production load

Stickersexpert.com is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping time depends on destination and courier service.

Once the order is dispatched:

We are not responsible for courier delays, customs clearance, or lost packages.

Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges are the customer’s responsibility.

9. No Refund / No Return Policy

Because all products are custom made, we follow a strict policy:

No refunds

No returns

No exchanges

Except in case of manufacturing defect or printing error from our side.

10. Defect & Complaint Policy

If you receive defective or incorrect items:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photos/videos must be provided.

If the fault is verified from our side, we will:

Reprint the order OR

Provide appropriate solution at our discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability

Stickersexpert.com will not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses

Loss of business, profit, or reputation

Errors in customer-supplied artwork

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order only.

12. Copyright & Content Responsibility

The customer confirms they have full rights to use all logos, designs, and content provided.

Stickersexpert.com is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations.

13. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once:

Artwork is approved

Production has started

14. Payment Terms

Full payment is required before production.

We do not start printing without payment confirmation.

15. Force Majeure

Stickersexpert.com is not responsible for delays or failure due to events beyond our control including natural disasters, strikes, power failure, internet issues, or courier disruptions.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

17. Agreement

By placing an order with Stickersexpert.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
